We work hard to keep product descriptions, images, and pricing accurate, but errors can happen. Fabric weights, color representation on different screens, and stated availability may vary slightly from the physical product. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time, and to change, update, or discontinue pricing, products, or promotions without prior notice. If we discover a pricing error on an order you have already placed, we will contact you before charging your payment method or shipping the order, and you will have the option to confirm at the corrected price or cancel.

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability, and placing an order does not guarantee it will be fulfilled. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, suspected resale activity, pricing errors, or inventory issues. If we cancel an order, you will receive a full refund. Payment is due in full at the time your order is placed and is processed securely through our third-party payment provider. We do not have access to your full card details.

Shipping timeframes, rates, and methods are detailed on our shipping page. Standard shipping is free and takes 10-12 business days. Priority shipping is $20 and takes 7-10 business days. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Once your order leaves our facility, timing depends on the carrier.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our returns and exchanges and refund policy pages, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

All content on this website, including but not limited to the Godspeed Clothing name and logo, product designs, graphics, photography, written copy, and overall site design, is the property of Godspeed Clothing or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any of it, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission. Personal, non-commercial use of content, like saving an image for personal reference, is generally fine. Reselling, republishing, or commercial use is not.

Our website and the products sold through it are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Godspeed Clothing and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, your inability to use the site, or any products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim related to your order is limited to the amount you actually paid for that order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the effective date at the top of this page when changes are made.
