Refund Policy
This Refund Policy works alongside our returns and exchanges page and explains exactly how and when you will get your money back.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date, unworn, unwashed, and with original tags still attached. Basically, in the same condition you received them. Items marked Final Sale at checkout, including most clearance pieces and select limited drops, are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances, and this is always disclosed before you complete your purchase.
Timeframe
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. This window starts when the package is marked delivered, not when you placed the order. Once we receive your returned item at our facility, we inspect it within 1-2 business days to confirm it meets the conditions outlined above before approving the refund.
Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. We do not offer cash, check, or store-credit-only refunds unless you specifically request store credit instead.
Processing Time
After inspection, approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days from our end. From there, it can take an additional few business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund to your statement. That part is outside our control, but if it has been more than 10 business days since we confirmed your refund, reach out and we will look into it.
Non-Refundable Items
Final Sale items, gift cards, and any item showing visible signs of wear, washing, odor, or alteration are not eligible for a refund. We will always flag Final Sale status clearly on the product page and again at checkout, so there is no surprise after the fact. If you are ever unsure whether something qualifies, check your order confirmation email before reaching out.
Damaged or Defective Items
If something arrives damaged, defective, or just not what you ordered, that one is on us. Email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue, and we will arrange a full refund or replacement, your choice, including a prepaid return label and no restocking fee. We would rather make it right quickly than put you through a drawn-out process for our mistake.
