Shipping Information
Every order ships from our facility in New York City. Most go out within 1-2 business days of being placed. We do not outsource fulfillment, which means fewer hands touching your order and fewer places for it to get lost.
Processing Time
Orders placed before 1pm ET typically process within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. During major drops or restocks, processing may take slightly longer. We will always flag this at checkout if it applies.

Order Tracking
You will get a confirmation email the moment your order ships, with a tracking link to follow it from our NYC facility to your door. If you do not see it within 2 business days of ordering, check your spam folder before reaching out. It happens more than you would think.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select countries outside the US. Available destinations, rates, and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your address. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes assessed by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
Shipping FAQ
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Yes, standard shipping supports PO boxes. Priority shipping may require a physical address.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order has not shipped yet, email us immediately at [email protected] and we will do our best to update it. Once it has left our facility, we cannot redirect it.
What if my tracking shows no movement?
Carrier scans can lag, especially in the first 24 hours. If tracking has not updated after 3 business days, reach out to [email protected] and we will look into it.
My package says delivered but I do not have it.
Check with neighbors, building management, and any secure mailrooms first. If it is still missing after 24 hours, email [email protected] with your order number and we will open a claim with the carrier.
